What Kind Of Flowers And How Do I Make Them?

I'm doing a wedding next month and the bride has requested this cake (hopefully the photo attached). The flowers kind of look like gp dahlias but they're a bit different than any others I've seen. they almost look like they could be royal but I'm really not sure because the photo is so small.

Have any ideas?

Those look like dahlia flowers. I have made one before from a tutorial posted on this site. I will see if I can find it and shoot you a link.
