My hubby bought me a 5lb tub of black Satin Ice fondant today, and he left it in the car for a few hours this afternoon. It was REALLY cold outside today, like -25'C. I know un-used fondant shouldn't be frozen... ahhh!

Is my fondant ruined??

I only plan to use it to make little flowers... but I need to make A LOT! Any tips? I really can't afford to go buy more and I don't want to dye home-made fondant black icon_sad.gif

Anyone gone through something like this?!

No, youre fine. I once left 80 pounds in the car and it was fine. Just let it come to room temp. It will be hard to knead it at first. Microwave it for a few seconds to soften it up.
