White Chocolate Ganache Recipe Needed

Ha! I am searching for the same thing today!! I will be watching this one! I was thinking of trying to do a whitec choc. ganache under a fondant for the first time. First time for any ganache under a cake with fondant, but figured white choc would be best under a white zebra print cake.
This one is amazing!!! I use Ghirardelli chocolate.

Imagenthatnj, the directions read WEIGH the chocolate and cream. Is this correct? Or do you weigh the chocolate and add the cream by volume? I just have never weighed a liquid.
