Hi, I could really use some help from some experienced cake central members!

I had my first wedding consult last week, and the bride showed me a pic of a cake she likes. It is the topsy turvy cake in the upper left corner.

My question is...what size cakes do you think something like that is? My guess is 6 - 8 - 10 - 12
And it seems like they had to use 4 layers on each tier, right? (at least for the bottom two, not sure about the others)

And any clue on how many people that would serve? They are looking for about 200 servings, but are willing to have a cake centerpiece surrounded by cupcakes, so I may just do a three tier version.

Any help is much appreciated!
