Hi everyone, is there a central place or link where you can find out how much buttercream/ganache to use on different size cakes? I am doing a 12" round or 10" square (still yet to have my first meeting with the bride) and I don't know how much buttercream or ganache would be needed for each cake. Any advise would be greatly appreciated. Everyone has been so helpful on here this past week I've been asking questions.
