I have a groom who wants cookies and cream truffles, NOT cake balls, some dipped in choc, some dipped in white choc. then arranged in a soccer ball pattern on a cake board.
As I have never made these, I have no clue how to charge.
I have seen a couple of different recipes online. not sure which one to use.

Any help or advice on pricing and recipes? I told the client i would get back to them in a couple of days.
