Look for No Fail Sugar cookies & Antonia74 Royal Icing in the recipe section of this site. If you're looking for a quick icing, Wilton makes a ready to use cookie icing that you just heat in microwave for 15-30 sec. and ready to go, dries hard, but you do have less control so it is best for filling large areas or making dots and such, you won't be able to get intricate details with it.
