Here is what I did: Before I filled the cupcake, I first put in my pretty paper liners, then white liner inside of it. So that the pretty wrappers stayed nice & didn't stain. Everything looked great when I took them out of the oven, but as they sat the pretty wrappers on the outside just became droopy and aren't even attached! Now what? Is this fixable?

I put a little piping gel in the bottom of the first then put the second in and fill.
