I've made rolled Buttercream fondant and have a hard time getting consistent results. I'm not too hot on store bought fondant as I wouldn't feed it to wild animals. So, here I am, fellow decorators - What's your favorite homemade fondant to use? Also, If you wouldn't mind sharing a recipe, I would greatly appreciate it. Need to make some tonight for wedding cake on Sat. icon_surprised.gif

Thanks in Advance!

Lots of people on this site ,use duff"s (store bought) Some use Satin Ice(store bought) Some make Michelle Foster"s recipe(on this site) Some make Toba Garrett"s ( i think on this site) It is really good. and so is Michelle Foster's . Some make the marshmellow fondant( i don,t care for it(just personal). I make Carrie Bigger's ( really good) There is a good flavoring( MAGIC LINE) cream bouquet, Not CK. really good when you make fondant from scratch. There could be others on this site. I haven,t make theirs. But the ones i have mentioned, i have made and enjoy. hth
