I am thinking about having an undercounter dishwasher installed in my commerical kitchen being built on to our house. It is a pretty pricey item but would love to be able to swing it. I will be doing candies, cookies, cakes and various other baked items. To the commerical kitchen owners out there......do you have one and what brand is it. Also, is it low or high temp machines. Thanks so much......

I used a Jackson high temp undercounted. No problems - ever. Worked like a charm. The only thing is , you can't put light plastic things in it because its so powerful it just flings them around. Also, after a class one time, a friend put the wine glasses in. Moments after closing the door, all you could hear was flying breaking glass.
