Do i have to put the cake in thr frig for the icing to harden before i put the fondant? My mom taste my cake and she said it taste like its been in thr frig :0(
Everyone has their own prefernce. I have put fondant on a cake right after icing it with no refrigeration. But, i found it harder to work with. Refrigeration sets the icing and hardens it up a little so applying fondant was easier for me.
