how do you sculpt a cake tier that looks beveled all around the top of the tier....cant find a pic...like the cake that was from cinderella cakes on the show my fair wedding.

Why no just use a beveled pan?

beveled is not the word im looking for...the cake is sculpted up and down like a carosel top ...need a pic. thanks
