i have some basic cupcakes to make. chocolate and vanilla. i was told not to use the same recipe as i use for my cakes because its dense..i use the WASC recipe. i was also told not to just use a cake mix. does anyone have a really good recipe for cupcakes?
thanks in advance
For the chocolate, I would make the Hershey's "Perfectly Chocolate" Chocolate cake. It's incredibly moist, simple to make, and difficult to mess up. No practice needed! Only advice is that it doesn't rise very much, or dome. The cupcakes come out quite flat... if they look like they're rising, they will most likely fall once cooled. But don't overfill either, bc that doesn't work either! Good luck!
