Can You Freeze Bc Made W/ Hi-Ratio?

Who has frozen BC made with Hi-ratio shortening? Do you remember if the consistency stays the same as when it's fresh?

Yes. I do it all the time! Let it come to room tempature on its own though because if you try to defrost it in the microwave it will melt. But I actually love the BC frozen, I cant seem to keep my hands off of it!!

I freeze it when I have left overs. No problem.
