I really love the strawberry shortcake that the Jewel bakery makes. Does anyone know what kind of frosting they use for this cake? It taste almost like a whipped cream but is very sturdy for several days. I dont think its bettercreme.

I did see a tub of cream cheese frosting sitting out that was made by Brill but I would really like to know what kind of whipped cream they use for their strawberry shortcake.
