My cousin is turning 30 next month and her husband has a surprise party planned with the theme "Queen for a Day". I have saw lots of wonderful ideas using fondant but I am not comfortable using it yet. I need help with design ideas using BC icing...PLEASE HELP

here's an idea..

sheet cake carved to shape of robe

gumpaste or fondant crown..make 3-D

sports ball or similar for globe of scepter.

fondant 3-D details on scepter

(white is supposed to be ermine w/ the little black splotches.


of course could hit crown w/ gold luster dust, and all kinds of shimmer and luster dust possibilities for scepter.
