I hear a lot about Satin Ice and I have even used it myself and find it to be a great product. Are there any opinions on Fondex and the new Elite by Fondex? I hear it's supposed to be really tasty and really easy to work with. Anybody?

I changed to Fondx about 6 months ago. I have had no complaints from customers. I enjoy working with it.
