I know this has been asked before, particular on the Gourmet Flavors thread but that one is so HUGE that it's exhausting to read. I have my monthly tasting day this weekend and I usually make up my most popular cakes and then throw in a couple different ones. I'm bored with the usual and am looking for something different. Although I have a few go to scratch cakes that I use, my most popular ones are usually made using variations of the WASC recipe (thanks Macsmom for the bulk of them!!).

Here's my customer favs:
white chocolate WASC w/raspberry bc filling
chocolate WASC w/oreo bc filling or mocha filling
yellow butter WASC with a layer of blackberry jam (or rasp) and lemon-scented bc filling
tuxedo cake -- white & choc WASC with choc ganache & van bc filling
carrot cake (scratch) with cream cheese bc filling
lemon WASC cake with raspberry jam and vanilla bc filling

Anyone willing to share their customer favs?
