Which Printer Is Best For Printing Edible Images?

I have the espon NX515. I want to see if there is another one that Ican use. I buy my ink and pages from kopykat. Epson seems to give me alittle problem with color adjuments and streaks. IS there are better printer I can use?

From what Debbie says from Icing Images...Canon IP 3600 and M560 are the best because the print head is removeable if there is a clog or problem unlike Epson which is not..therefore you would have to throw the Epson out if there is a serious clog and a Canon you can clean.

Where can I get the edible ink and sheets for the cannon?
