I have tried to make a cupcake bouquet in the past but the cupcakes do not stay put........they either end up breaking apart and falling off the stick or the cupcake paper starts to peel off from the weight.

How do I make a nice one with cupcakes that actually stay put and don't break apart?

i only make cupcake boquets using the cup method. Check out this topic that someone posted great instructions and pictures on how to do it with cups. And very detailed info on what kind of cups.
