I have a Duke Convection http://www.katom.com/066-E101GNG.html and a Toastmaster like this this one http://www.bid-on-equipment.com/detail~id~92591.htm
They are both in working condition, but I don't think i will need both, as I have worked in a custom bakery with stacked ovens before, and when I baked alone, I barely used the bottom one and it may have taken an extra hour or two to bake everything in the one, but it would have been manageable. The only time both were filled was when 2 of us were baking together. And I will be baking out of a commercial kitchen in my garage, so I am not allowed to hire people, just DH!

The Toastmaster is 30 years old, and the duke is about 10 years old, but they are both in perfect condition. Do any of you know which is better, or do you think I should keep both "just in case"? Storage is a problem, unless I stack them, and they both have stands, so I don't know if I can, plus, the Duke weighs 500 lbs, and the Toastmaster is close to it, so we won't be able to mess around with them too much! We could have a guy come out with a fork lift, but it would cost us.
