I am going to do a cake with chocolate sides and need acetate paper to do the chocolate sheets on. But where can I get the acetate sheets? If I find some locally, can I use that (if a hobby store had it, in their art section, or Office Depot)?? Are they all food safe?

Thanks!

If you find some locally that isn't specifically labelled as "foodsafe", the way I understand it is that food products shouldn't have prolonged contact with non-foodsafe surfaces. If you pour chocolate on it, aren't you removing it from the acetate as soon as it dries? (if that's the case, couldn't you just use parchment paper?)
