Hi, I am super busy and like to get things done way in advance. I have a cake to make in 2 weeks and have started some of the stuff for it. The 2 things I am wondering the best way to store is 1. Shreks outhouse, which is made of just graham crackers w/royal icing and covered in melted chocolate which is now hard, I figure this is fine in a covered box?
The 2nd which I am most wondering about are the trees..They are ice cream cones upside down with the tops cut off and covered in chocolate which is also hard, but the top of them is rice krispie treat. Someone told me I can make them weeks or more ahead of time, they will just get hard which is fine, I just dont know if the krispie part should be covered with anything like saran wrap or if the whole things can just go into a box with the other stuff. I dont mind them getting hard, as long as they dont get hard and break all apart....Any help please??
