Hello, I am looking for tutorials on how to sculpt farm animals.... If there are any on Cake Central, would someone tell me how to find them... or if you have any other website... I am looking to make a sheep, pig, horse, cow, ducks, geese, chickens, haystack ect...

if you google "sculpey clay tutorials" and then add in what you're looking for there will a ton that show up. It's the same process to create, your just using an edible medium.

You can buy clay sculpting books at a craft store or on Amazon, they are really helpful and whatever you can sculpt with clay, you can do with fondant/gum paste.

Right down this page Rylan has put together a big amount of links for sculpting a lot of things. There are a lot of farm animals included.
