Make Petit Fours And Poured Fondant?

I'm looking to make about 50 petit fours and would love some expertise on how to go about doing them icon_smile.gif

How do I fill them? (just with buttercream or chocolate buttercream)

What is a good poured fondant recipe that is on the thicker/more opaque?
