I am trying to find a recipe for whipped cream frosting to pipe with a star tip on top of cupcakes but I need it to be non-perishable. Is there any faux whipped cream frosting recipe that tastes like stabilized whipped cream but is non-perishable? I need to test the recipe in the next day or two.
I am making angel food cupcakes and brownie cupcakes and I feel like a whipped cream frosting would taste the best.
Thanks everyone!!!

I use frosting pride and pastry pride. I think it's only available I Arizona, Nevada, California and such - don't know where you are. It works great. And if you over the whip the Frosting Pride ever so slightly - you can make roses with it!! It takes color fairly well, but everything will be a pastel.
