Hi, so I have to make 2 dozen cake balls for this weekend (they can be decorated however I want), but the ones I'v made before while round, were rather bumpy when covered in chocolate, so I just wanted to know how you get them perfectly round? Do you dip them more than once, or cover them in something before the chocolate? Thanks so much!

are they round to begin with? or is the chocolate not covering evenly to begin with?

they are round but after I cover them in chocolate and set them down on parchment they get a flat spot in the chocolate, Iv tried carving this away but you can always seem to tell. Didnt know if I was just being picky or if there was a special trick.
