The one on the Hershey can--childhood sweetheart--we've never been apart for long--likes walks on the beach--google Hershey's Perfectly Chocolate Frosting --I make it the old fashioned way though where you cream the fat, add the sugar & stuff then add the liquid. But it comes out ok as it's written nowadays. I probably substitute some coffee for some of the liquid if I want to.

Not to mention I use cream for the milk and add some salt too or it's too sweetie sweet.

I use a modified version of Martha Stewart's and it has a dark rich color that I really like. The tast is very rich and dark, too. My family loves it! It's on the Basket of Berries cake in my photos.

6 tbs Butter
6 tbs Vegetable Shortening
3 ½ cups Confectioners' Sugar
1 cup Cocoa Powder (dutch process is best)
2 tbs Meringue Powder
½ cup (prox) Milk, slightly warmer than room temperature
2 tsps vanilla (or almond, or raspberry, or orange, etc. icon_biggrin.gif )
