i'm wanting to ship a cake from texas to las vegas and i could've sworn i've seen a thread on some good tips (recipes, packaging techniques, etc) but i can't seem to find it =/ could anyone help me with this? i want to ship a simple vanilla cake covered in fondant to a friend stationed there (he's in the air force) =D thank you!
