just missed it, if you didnt watch. but check out the link they look just like peaches and seemed to be delicious.

I used to get them from a purveyor who brought them in from Brooklyn, but the ones I bought had peach pastry cream in the middle. They are as delicious as they look. Thank you for sharing this with us. You can be sure that, after the holidays, I will be making some of these.

They're fabulous for a Summer party dessert, with some French Vanilla ice cream on the side.

I used to eat these at Balducci's in New York City, a very long time ago, like 15 years ago. They were delicious. Let us know how they turn if you make them.

They were sponge cake, soaked in liqueur and filled with custard.
