i am doing a shopping bag cake and the panels have been drying about 24 hours. they are mostly fondant with a bit of gumpaste. they are just not drying fully! i tried lifting one and it started to crease. is there any way to get it to dry quicker? someone mentioned freezing it, but that kind of scares me.
can i attach it carefully before its fully dried?
please please help this needs to be delivered tom. morning!
also...do u decorate the panel before attaching?

Try putting it in the oven for a while.....no heat, just lay them on a cookie sheet and place them in....that tends to harden things up a bit quicker.

if using the oven, put the light on too!
have you flipped them, so the other side can dry?
try drying them on a sponge too.
never made one so i cant really help - but my concern about doing it before its dried would be that it couldnt support its own weight, and would wrinkle! unless it is small panels.
i know pink cake box have a video for a shoe box on you tube where they talk about freezing panels.
xx
