I made a batch of NFSC and have a lot of RI left over. icon_rolleyes.gif I've seen Khalsteads modified NFSC, but was wondering if anyone can recommend another cookie recipe other than some type of sugar cookie. I'd like to use up this leftover RI, if possible. TIA!

I always use RI to decorate my gingerbread cookies...perfect solution for getting rid of RI at this time of the year!

Thanks for the great suggestions! Do any of you have a gingerbread, chocolate roll out, or shortbread recipe that you'd like to share? icon_smile.gif

I don't have it on the computer already, but it's a James martin recipe I use for shortbread, so it's probably online at www.BBC.co.uk/food
