I am getting very frustrated, I have the wilton christmas tree pan , which i have greased with cooking spray and made choc mud cake ..no problems. Now I am trying to make white mud and i am up tp disaster #4 !!
I sprayed it , it wouldnt come out and broke to pieces, i tied to line it with baking paper the paper buckled and wrecked the cake, i buttered and floured it still no good, i sprayed and floured it , still no good. Aarrgghhh.!!
any suggestions. ???? icon_sad.gif

Hmm, maybe it's the recipe? Have you used the recipe before?

I'd suggest you just make another chocolate mud cake before you commit Christmas Tree Cake pan murder.

the recipie is excellent when made in a lined pan !!
and yess haha i think it may have to be choc mud or hysteria !! LOL
