Here in Tuscany, between Pisa, Prato, Siena and Firenze there are many maitre chocolatier like Mannori, De Bondt, Slitti and Catinari so someone called this area of Italy "Chocolate Valley".
Manage chocolate it's vary hard and you need a lot of experience to get a good result. Maybe it's easer work with white chocolate and with just a little bit of food color and a lot of imagination you could present this chocolate jewel.
Then we use the same silicon molde as we did ginger bread house, to build a new Chocolate Xsmas House!
