well, the bottom border is an fmm lace cutter. I have that same one. Jennifer probably sells it on her site. The topper, you say , you will make from g/p. You will either make the crystals from g/p and paint with silver dust or make them with isomalt, or buy them . Then the wires can be painted or sprayed silver. I think Duff "s products at michaels has these silver wires made for this purpose. hth

I am sorry but I can just answer the border question!

Hi whittydoodle!

I think they may have used the plain cutter from the FMM Textured Lace Set 3 (comes in set of 4 cutters) to do the border on the base board of this cake. I recently bought a set online... http://www.globalsugarart.com/product.php?id=18438&name=FMM%20Textured%20Lace%20Set%203

I'm not sure about the topper... I'd just use a flower pick, stick a little icing in the pick then add in the wires then just put it into the cake. Perhaps someone else has another suggestion?

HTH!

Cheers!
