I am trying to youtube it quickly as I am late to head to bed ahhhhhwww - anyone have a link to show me how you ice a cake w/ pourable ganache?
bump just in case anyone has any handy links, I saw one vid but the ganache looked like regular fudge frosting and she smoothed as such, and one had a pourable ganache, but she made a boarder on the top and the ganache was only on the top.
I am hoping to see how it goes down the sides and and if ya have to do anything to it as it pours down the sides and if you should pick up the cake right way and move it for the mess at the bottom or leave it and let it set and then cut it away from the mess and maybe any tips on how to make it less of a mess when pouring it.
