I just picked the book up myself. These kinds of bargains make it nearly impossible to pass by... icon_lol.gif Haven't had time to try any of the recipes yet.

Yes, you too. I was with another cc'er when I got it. In fact we both got a copy. We were like two little kids on Christmas. I've read some of the recipes and they are looking really good.

Hi, I'm new to this forum. I just picked this book up today. It was a pretty good price. I look forward to trying some of the recipies in it. Especially the Cinnamon Stars. I like the Idea of using a cake mix and turning it into cookies.

I haven't seen that one yet. That sounds good to try too.

I use her Devil's food cake all the time which is basically devil's food cake with buttermilk and almond flavoring but I also LOVE her cherry chocolate cake recipe that uses a can of cherry pie filling as the main ingredients to the cake mix. I love the book.

All I can say is, thank goodness it isn't January, or I think I'd be trying a recipe a day. They all sound so good. lol

Ok. So I tried the Cinnamon Stars last night. They are very addictive. I've been snacking on them all day and my Husband requested 4 dozen to bring to work.
