Are you supposed to store opened extracts and flavoured oils in the fridge or just in a cupboard?

Thanks!

I am not sure about oils since I don't use them much but I store my extracts in the refrigerator and I haven't had any problems.
However, I am interested in knowing what other people do ....

I store most of mine in the cupboard, unless the bottle states to refrigerate after opening. I am very interested to hear how everyone else stores theirs too. Thanks for posting the question!

Thank you for your replies. I have been keeping mine in the cupboard and wasn't sure if that was the proper way. None of the oils say to keep cold so I guess we are doing it right!
Thanks!
