We are having the second annual Christmas Cake decorating competition at work.
My work have just recently introduced quite a controversial character to some of it's advertising so my colleague and I would quite like to do something with him wearing a christmas hat (or similar) but not sure where to start.

Here are some links so you can get an idea

He was created by the Jim Henson company and is apparently a cross between a sloth and a racoon.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Not sure what your skill level (or time allotment) is, but why not do a 3D Ricco (did I get the name right)? with a Santa hat on?! Or holding out a present? Or both - he could hold the present addressed to your company. To simplify, you could use a 3D bear pan and carve/tweak to make him look how he's supposed to look.
OR have Ricco coming down the chimney (just the head sticking out of the fireplace). Hopefully those images will get the creative juices flowing...
