I made buttercream dream which I make all the time....I thinned it to crumb coat and I can't get it to crust! I need to finish this cake but the icing hasn't set and I can't put on the final layer so I can decorate...Any suggestions?

hi, sit it in the fridge for a little bit. then you can finish with the last coat. I have done this many times. I have even sat it in the freeze for a bit. hth
