Hello all, I do not know if you are among the fans of Sherek, but with my 2 children Benedetta e Tommaso we made a culture 
When the baker meets the man of gingerbread (Pan di Zenzero in italian) calls it "Zenzi!" (with a French accent) and so our family is called in this way.
For the recipe we publish a video, but I'm sorry it' s in italian
