not a candy maker, but i have had to make candy melt seashells for my husband's 50th birthday cake.
they are molded and dusted now but won't be put on the cake until saturday.

what is the best way to store them? is the fridge ok?
do i need to wrap them to keep them fresh?

thank you!

YOU ONLY NEED TO PUT THEM IN A CONTAINER, ESP. IF YOU ARE USING THEM SATURDAY. NO REFRIGERATION NEEDED

No fridge - chocolate generally doesn't like it, although candy melts aren't real chocolate, it's close enough.
Stick them in a box or bag, some where not warm, and they will b fine icon_smile.gif

No refrigeration necessary. Just put them in a sealed container.
