i was asked by a friend to do a how to video or article for their website. i figured this is a good way to promote my business but i have no clue how to go about this. any ideas of what to do or how to do it? have you ever done anything like this? all ideas appreciated!

Article will b easier than video!
Pick something simple that u enjoy doing, that is fairly easy to break down into stages.
Plan it through, and take lots of pictures- make sure they are close enough, in focus etc.
Have a look at tutorials and see what u do and don't like too.
