HELP!! I have used a variety of cupcake liners and on several occasions I have cake seperation from the liner. I am not sure if the problem is the liners I am using, the pans I put them in or the cooking v cooling process.

I have used different pans some of which make a tight upright cake and others a wider spread. I have tried removing onto cooling wire immediatly and leaving in the pans to cool and also all different types of liner from bog standard supermarket muffin cases to branded printed and foil cases which have a heavier paper.

Any tips or advice welcome! UK based!

Check the archives. We just discussed this at length last week.
