Yippie! My 5.5Qt Cuisinart Just Arrived!

I'm so excited......! after soooo much research and agony over choosing between the KA Pro 600 and the Cuisinart, the Cuisinart won in the end.
Owning a KA had been my dream since I was a little girl and it finally came true five years ago when I purchased my first KA Classic 4Qt white. It's a work horse and I love it but I had to upgrade when I noticed it was struggling with making mmf. Plus I needed a bigger bowl for double and triple batches.
I just had to share with everyone. I can't wait to try it out. THis is the best christmas ever! 
Congratulations to you! I totally understand the excitement. Be sure to make something that requires being beaten for a specific amount of time, ie Royal Icing, so you can use the timer. I think that is the coolest feature ever.
