does anyone know how to make that sweet stiffer whipped cream for cakes like black forrest? whipping heavy cream isnt going to cut it...help??

You can stabilize your whipping cream using unflavored gelatin disolved in water. It will give you a firmer icing that will last a few days in the fridge.
