Hey there. I have my first "big" project with MMF in a couple of weeks. A 4-tier hexagon cake covered with fondant. I've found a chart and have a good idea how many pounds of MMF I need, but how do I translate that to each batch. I think I usually have a 10.5 oz bag of mini marshmallow as it takes about 1.5 pounds of sugar to each batch --- but I have no idea how many pounds that makes!

Also, can I add white color? The bride wanted white and the natural color of the MMF seems a big off-white to me. I'm afaid it might look dull with her black, white, and red wedding colors.
