Hi there
I was wondering if anyone had a cookie recipe that tasted great, doesn't have egg in it and that won't spread too much while baking. I had in mind that I would try the NFSC and have just realised it contains egg. I'm wondering if I can substitute it for milk (or something else), leave it out entirely, or just find another recipe.
Any help would be great.
It's not for an enormous batch. Maybe 20 cookies.
TIA

Depending on if you want a quick to get to resource or you do egg-free baking frequently, I have a couple of recommendations.
I highly recommend this cookbook by one of my favorite cookbook authors, hands down. Vegan Cookies Invade Your Cookie Jar

She has also done a cookbook on cupcakes if you bake egg-free frequently. I made some of these for my sister's birthday (who is not vegan, but I am) a couple of years ago and I didn't tell my family that they were vegan until after they ate them. They were shocked, and thought that they had the normal dairy & eggs in them. Vegan Cupcakes Take Over World

If you were more hoping for some online, Vegweb is an excellent site and there is a lot of cookie recipes.
