Wondering if the Chocolate WASC cake posted by Cakepro is good for stacking? I read through the reviews, but didn't see any comments on it. I'm looking for something that will hold up well and not dissolve into crumbs as I try to frost the sides. Does anyone know or have any suggestions for what recipe I should use? (I prefer doctored mix recipes) Thanks!
