I baked a cake the first week in November for a party that was supposed to be on Nov 10th. It has been postponed several times, and is now on December 10th! It is a 10" square, filled with ganache, crumbcoated and wrapped in two layers of Saran wrap.

Do I need to just bake another one? This seems borderline to me.

Thanks!

Umm, do you mean it is just wrapped, been sitting out and you want to serve it a month later? Or do you mean it is wrapped, and has been frozen since the 10th?

Where have you been storing it? If it is in the freezer, it would be fine.

Sorry! Yes, it's been frozen!
